Creative Electric Company

Creative Electric is run by Leith based artist Heather Marshall. Creative Electric is formed of theatre makers and actors also based in Leith, Edinburgh. Their current project is a collaboration with National Theatre Scotland as is titled 'The Happiness Project'.

This evening I led the wonderful Creative Electric Company in a workshop about the techniques I used when creating 'And'. Leading this workshop to young actors who practice using and writing words and scripts often, writing an And list was no challenge to them. Their fierce energy and commitment to the tasks I set will help them generate ideas on how to create movement for 'The Happiness Project'.

I will work with them again in June on a few more sessions to movement direct a section in 'The Happiness Project'. I can't wait as Creative Electric are an exciting, boundary pushing company I am thrilled to be part of!
