Today I taught Dance House's Community Company as a one off session around the themes and ideas behind 'And'.

There was a group of eight women aged between twenty-four and forty.

We worked on voice work, improvisation skills and shared our improvised mini 'And' solos at the end. Thanks Lottie for the opportunity to let me share And with your wonderful community company!
